Diving is a sport of jumping and falling into the water while performing acrobatics from a platform or springboard. Diving is one of the sports that has high risk of injuries. Diving is not easy and need good discipline, motivation and high determination. In human life, there comes a time when your juniors are stronger and better than you. But, you have a mental strength that you have gained over the years of experiences through pain, sweat and tears so use it wisely! You must have a passion in diving and a good feeling about it.
